If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.

- User Profiles

The Platform is continuously evolving. New services, features, or functionality may be introduced, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires.
2.1 Platform
"Platform" means the SMPYI website, mobile applications, APIs, software, databases, servers, digital services, and all associated technologies operated by SMPYI.
2.2 User
Any person accessing or using the Platform.

2.6 Product
Any physical product, digital product, software, subscription, service, event, course, membership, experience, or commercial offering listed by a Business Owner.
2.7 Service
Any digital service offered by SMPYI including but not limited to promotional listings, featured placements, advertising, verification services, subscriptions, analytics, APIs, business tools, and other Platform-related offerings.
2.8 Deal
Any promotional offer published through the Platform, including discounts, coupons, cashback, bundles, giveaways, flash sales, seasonal campaigns, or limited-time offers.
2.9 Feed
The social networking feature of SMPYI through which Users and Businesses may publish updates, announcements, articles, images, videos, achievements, business news, promotional content, and other information.
2.10 User Generated Content
Any content uploaded, published, shared, or transmitted by Users, including:
- Text
- Images
- Videos
- Product descriptions
- Business information
- Logos
- Documents
- Comments
- Reviews
- Ratings
- Articles
- Advertisements
- Promotional material
2.11 Platform Services
Any service provided by SMPYI to Users or Businesses, whether free or paid.
2.12 Business Verification
The process through which SMPYI may verify certain information about a Business. Verification indicates only that specified information has been reviewed based on the documentation provided. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, certification, or recommendation of the Business, its products, or its services.
3. Acceptance of These Terms
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
- You have provided accurate, complete, and current information during registration and while using the Platform.
- You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
- You accept and agree to our Privacy Policy.
- You will not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
SMPYI reserves the right to refuse access to any individual or entity that does not comply with these Terms.
4. Eligibility
To use SMPYI, you must:
- Be legally permitted to use online services in your jurisdiction.
- Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable law.

5. Account Registration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

- Protect one-time passwords (OTPs).
- Use strong authentication practices.
- Log out from shared or public devices after use.
- Promptly report any suspected unauthorized access.
SMPYI shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
7. Types of Accounts
SMPYI may offer different categories of accounts, including but not limited to:
- Personal Accounts
- Business Accounts
- Verified Business Accounts
- Organization Accounts
- Enterprise Accounts
- Administrator Accounts
- Moderator Accounts
- Premium Accounts
- Partner Accounts
Additional terms may apply to specific account types, subscription plans, or enterprise services.
8. Business Accounts
Businesses may create dedicated Business Profiles to promote their products, services, and brand on the Platform.
By creating a Business Account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the lawful owner of the Business; or
- You have been duly authorized to manage the Business Profile on behalf of the Business.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to SMPYI is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Businesses must not knowingly publish false, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful information.
SMPYI reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to:
- Business registration certificates
- GST registration details
- Government-issued identification
- Trademark certificates
- Proof of address
- Domain ownership
- Authorization letters
- Any additional documentation reasonably required for verification
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the suspension, restriction, or removal of the Business Profile.
9. Business Verification
SMPYI may, at its sole discretion, offer verification for eligible businesses.
Verification is intended solely to enhance trust and improve the quality of information available on the Platform.
Verification may involve reviewing documents, public records, domain ownership, business registrations, or other information provided by the Business.
Verification does not mean that SMPYI:
- Guarantees the legitimacy of the Business.
- Endorses the Business.
- Certifies product quality.
- Warrants service quality.
- Guarantees customer satisfaction.
- Accepts responsibility for transactions between Businesses and Users.
SMPYI reserves the right to grant, deny, suspend, revoke, or modify verification status at any time without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.
10. Business Listings
SMPYI provides businesses with the ability to create and maintain Business Profiles to promote their products, services, brand, and business information.
A Business Profile may include, but is not limited to:
- Business Name
- Logo
- Cover Images
- Business Description
- Categories
- Contact Information
- Business Address
- Website
- Social Media Links
- Business Hours
- Certifications
- Awards
- Product Catalog
- Promotional Deals
- Images and Videos
- Customer Reviews
- Ratings
- Feed Posts
- Other business-related information supported by the Platform.
Business Owners are solely responsible for ensuring that all information published is accurate, lawful, and kept up to date.
Businesses must promptly update or remove information that becomes inaccurate, misleading, expired, or obsolete.
SMPYI reserves the right to edit formatting, categorize listings appropriately, remove duplicate listings, or temporarily disable listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
11. Product Listings
Businesses may list products and services through the Platform.
Each Product Listing should accurately describe the offered product or service, including applicable details such as:
- Product Name
- Description
- Brand
- Images
- Pricing
- Availability
- Specifications
- Features
- Variants
- Categories
- Promotional Information
- External Purchase Links
- Contact Information
- Warranty Information
- Other relevant details.
Businesses are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and completeness of Product Listings.
Businesses agree not to publish Product Listings that:
- Are false or misleading.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Violate consumer protection laws.
- Misrepresent pricing or discounts.
- Include deceptive advertising.
- Promote prohibited or illegal products.
- Encourage unlawful activities.
- Contain malware or malicious links.
- Mislead customers regarding product availability.
SMPYI may remove or restrict any Product Listing that, in its reasonable opinion, violates these Terms or applicable law.
12. Product Ownership and Responsibility
Products displayed on SMPYI remain the sole responsibility of the respective Business Owner.
SMPYI does not:
- Own listed products.
- Stock inventory.
- Inspect products.
- Test products.
- Guarantee authenticity.
- Guarantee quality.
- Guarantee legality.
- Guarantee safety.
- Provide warranties.
- Act as a retailer.
- Act as a distributor.
- Act as an importer.
- Act as an exporter.
Businesses remain solely responsible for:
- Product quality.
- Product legality.
- Pricing.
- Taxes.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Product safety.
- Product recalls.
- Warranties.
- Customer support.
- Delivery.
- Returns.
- Exchanges.
- Refunds.
- Consumer complaints.
13. Promotional Deals and Offers
Businesses may publish promotional campaigns through SMPYI, including but not limited to:
- Discounts
- Coupon Codes
- Cashback Offers
- Bundle Offers
- Flash Sales
- Festival Offers
- Seasonal Campaigns
- Buy-One-Get-One Promotions
- Limited-Time Promotions
- Featured Deals
Businesses are solely responsible for:
- Honoring published offers.
- Maintaining accurate pricing.
- Clearly communicating eligibility criteria.
- Specifying validity periods.
- Providing accurate redemption instructions.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable advertising and consumer laws.
Businesses may not intentionally advertise misleading promotions or deceptive pricing practices.
SMPYI does not guarantee that any promotional campaign will generate sales, inquiries, or customer engagement.
SMPYI reserves the right to remove promotional campaigns that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
14. SMPYI Platform Services
SMPYI offers digital platform services that help businesses improve their visibility and reach.
These services may include, without limitation:
- Business Profile Hosting
- Product Listing Services
- Business Verification
- Promotional Deal Publishing
- Featured Listings
- Sponsored Products
- Sponsored Deals
- Feed Promotion
- Search Visibility Improvements
- Advertising Services
- Analytics
- Business Insights
- API Access
- Premium Features
- Subscription Services
- Future Platform Enhancements
Fees paid to SMPYI are exclusively for these platform services.
Payment to SMPYI does not constitute payment for any product or service sold by a Business listed on the Platform.
15. Product Purchases
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SMPYI does not facilitate or process payments for products listed by Businesses.
Transactions relating to products are conducted directly between Users and Businesses.
Accordingly:
- SMPYI is not a party to any purchase agreement between a User and a Business.
- SMPYI does not collect payment for products.
- SMPYI does not issue invoices for products sold by Businesses.
- SMPYI does not guarantee successful completion of any transaction.
- SMPYI is not responsible for shipping, delivery, installation, warranties, refunds, exchanges, or after-sales support.
Users acknowledge that any transaction entered into with a Business is solely between the User and that Business.
16. Business Representations
By publishing a Business Profile, Product Listing, or Promotional Deal, a Business represents and warrants that:
- It has the legal authority to offer the products or services.
- The information provided is accurate.
- It owns or is licensed to use all published content.
- It complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- It possesses all necessary licenses, permits, and approvals.
- It will honor published offers where legally required.
- It will not engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices.
Businesses remain solely liable for any claims arising from their products, services, or promotional activities.
17. User Generated Content
Users and Businesses may publish content through various features of the Platform.
User Generated Content includes, but is not limited to:
- Feed Posts
- Business Updates
- Articles
- Images
- Videos
- Product Information
- Reviews
- Ratings
- Comments
- Questions
- Replies
- Advertisements
- Promotional Material
- Documents
- Logos
- Graphics
Users retain ownership of their original content.
However, by publishing content on SMPYI, Users grant SMPYI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:
- Host
- Store
- Display
- Publish
- Index
- Cache
- Reproduce
- Format
- Compress
- Distribute
- Promote
- Translate
- Adapt for technical purposes
- Display in search results
- Display across SMPYI services
- Archive for legal or operational purposes
This license exists solely for operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the Platform.
Ownership of the original content remains with the User or Business.
18. Feed and Social Platform
SMPYI includes a social networking feature that allows Users and Businesses to share professional and business-related content.
Users may publish:
- Business Announcements
- Product Launches
- Industry Updates
- Educational Articles
- Company News
- Promotions
- Success Stories
- Hiring Posts
- Event Announcements
- Images
- Videos
- Documents
- Polls
- Other content supported by the Platform.
Users are solely responsible for all content they publish.
SMPYI may use automated systems and human moderation to review publicly shared content for compliance with these Terms.
Publication of content does not imply endorsement by SMPYI.
19. Community Guidelines
Users must contribute responsibly and respectfully.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Hate speech.
- Harassment.
- Bullying.
- Threats.
- Defamation.
- Impersonation.
- Fraud.
- Spam.
- Pyramid schemes.
- Malware distribution.
- Phishing.
- False business claims.
- Fake reviews.
- Fake testimonials.
- Misleading advertisements.
- Copyright infringement.
- Trademark infringement.
- Publishing confidential information without authorization.
- Posting unlawful content.
- Promoting illegal products or services.
- Encouraging criminal activities.
- Circumventing Platform security.
SMPYI reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards without prior notice.
20. Reviews and Ratings
Users may submit reviews and ratings based on their genuine experiences with Businesses.
Reviews should be:
- Honest.
- Relevant.
- Respectful.
- Based on actual experiences.
Reviews must not:
- Be false or misleading.
- Be posted in exchange for undisclosed compensation.
- Contain abusive language.
- Include personal attacks.
- Reveal confidential information.
- Violate applicable law.
Businesses may respond to reviews professionally but may not intimidate, harass, or retaliate against reviewers.
SMPYI reserves the right to investigate and remove reviews that appear fraudulent, manipulated, or in violation of these Terms.
21. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all intellectual property rights relating to the SMPYI Platform are owned by or licensed to SMPYI.
These rights include, but are not limited to:
- The SMPYI name
- The SMPYI logo
- Platform branding
- Website design
- User interface
- Source code
- Software
- APIs
- Platform architecture
- Databases
- Search technology
- Recommendation systems
- Platform graphics
- Icons
- Layouts
- Visual designs
- Original written content
- Documentation
- Marketing materials
- Platform features
- Trade dress
- Other proprietary materials.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by SMPYI in writing, no person may:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Republish
- Distribute
- Modify
- Reverse engineer
- Decompile
- Sell
- License
- Commercially exploit
- Mirror
- Scrape
- Create derivative works from
any portion of the Platform.
Nothing contained in these Terms grants ownership of SMPYI intellectual property to any User or Business.
22. User Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of the original content that they create and publish through SMPYI.
By publishing content on the Platform, Users confirm that:
- They own the content; or
- They possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations required to publish it.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe the intellectual property or other legal rights of third parties.
23. License Granted to SMPYI
To operate and promote the Platform, Users grant SMPYI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:
- Store content
- Host content
- Display content
- Publish content
- Reproduce content
- Index content
- Archive content
- Cache content
- Compress content
- Resize content
- Format content
- Translate content where appropriate
- Distribute content through SMPYI services
- Display content in search results
- Recommend content
- Promote publicly available content
- Create thumbnails and previews
- Improve Platform functionality
This license continues for as long as the content remains available on the Platform and for a reasonable period thereafter for backup, legal compliance, security, archival, or operational purposes.
Ownership of the original content remains with the User.
24. Copyright Policy
SMPYI respects intellectual property rights and expects Users to do the same.
Users must not upload content that infringes:
- Copyrights
- Trademarks
- Patents
- Trade secrets
- Publicity rights
- Privacy rights
- Other proprietary rights.
If SMPYI receives a valid complaint alleging copyright infringement, we may:
- Investigate the complaint.
- Request additional information.
- Temporarily disable the content.
- Permanently remove the content.
- Restrict account privileges.
- Suspend the responsible account.
- Terminate repeat infringers.
Users submitting infringement notices must provide sufficient evidence supporting their claim.
Submitting knowingly false infringement claims may result in legal consequences and account restrictions.
25. Trademarks
Business Owners may publish their trademarks, logos, and brand assets only if they:
- Own the trademark; or
- Have lawful authorization to use it.
Users may not:
- Impersonate another business.
- Use confusingly similar logos.
- Misrepresent affiliations.
- Claim unauthorized partnerships.
- Mislead consumers regarding ownership.
SMPYI reserves the right to remove or modify business profiles that create confusion regarding identity or ownership.
26. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree to use SMPYI responsibly and lawfully.
You must not:
- Violate applicable laws.
- Circumvent Platform security.
- Gain unauthorized access.
- Attempt privilege escalation.
- Upload malware.
- Distribute ransomware.
- Transmit viruses.
- Conduct phishing attacks.
- Harvest user information.
- Mine personal data.
- Send spam.
- Create fake accounts.
- Use bots to manipulate engagement.
- Artificially inflate rankings.
- Manipulate reviews.
- Mislead consumers.
- Publish fraudulent content.
- Interfere with Platform availability.
- Attempt denial-of-service attacks.
- Abuse APIs.
- Use automated systems without authorization.

- Exploit Platform vulnerabilities.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension.

- Extremist content.
- Child exploitation material.
- Obscene material prohibited by law.
- Hate speech.

- Stalking.
- Blackmail.
- Malware.
- Pirated software.
- Copyright infringement.
- Trademark infringement.
- False business registrations.
- Fake government affiliations.
- Misleading financial advice presented as fact.
- Content violating applicable law.
SMPYI reserves the right to determine whether content violates these Terms.
28. Platform Security
Users shall not interfere with Platform security.
Prohibited actions include:
- Unauthorized penetration testing.
- Password attacks.
- Credential stuffing.
- Automated account creation.
- SQL injection.
- Cross-site scripting.
- API abuse.
- Security scanning without authorization.
- Reverse engineering authentication mechanisms.
- Circumventing rate limits.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities.
If security issues are discovered, Users are encouraged to report them responsibly to SMPYI.
29. Data Scraping and Automated Access
Users may not use automated means to access the Platform without prior written permission.
This includes:
- Web scraping.
- Crawling.
- Automated indexing.
- Bulk downloading.
- Data harvesting.
- Competitive intelligence gathering through automated means.
- AI dataset collection.
- Automated account creation.
- Automated posting.
Search engines operating under accepted web standards and respecting robots.txt may access publicly available content unless otherwise restricted.
SMPYI reserves the right to block automated traffic that adversely affects Platform performance or violates these Terms.
30. Reporting Violations
Users may report:
- Fake businesses.
- Copyright infringement.
- Trademark infringement.
- Fraud.
- Spam.
- Fake reviews.
- Impersonation.
- Harassment.
- Security vulnerabilities.
- Illegal products.
- Community guideline violations.
SMPYI may investigate reports and take action at its sole discretion.
Users agree to submit reports in good faith and provide accurate information.
False or malicious reports intended to harm another User or Business may result in enforcement action.
31. Content Moderation
SMPYI may review publicly available content using automated systems, manual moderation, or both.
Content may be:
- Approved.
- Restricted.
- Age-limited.
- De-ranked in search.
- Removed.
- Archived.
- Reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Moderation decisions are made to maintain Platform integrity, user safety, legal compliance, and service quality.
While SMPYI strives to act consistently, moderation decisions may involve context-specific judgment.
32. Enforcement
Where SMPYI reasonably believes that a User or Business has violated these Terms or applicable law, SMPYI may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning.
- Remove content.
- Edit or restrict visibility of content where appropriate.
- Suspend specific Platform features.
- Restrict posting privileges.
- Suspend the account temporarily.
- Permanently terminate the account.
- Remove business verification status.
- Remove business listings.
- Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
- Take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or its legal rights.
The choice of enforcement action will depend on the nature, severity, frequency, and impact of the violation.
33. Account Suspension and Termination
SMPYI may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if a User or Business:
- Violates these Terms.
- Engages in fraudulent conduct.
- Publishes unlawful or prohibited content.
- Misuses Platform services.
- Infringes intellectual property rights.
- Compromises Platform security.
- Provides false verification information.
- Uses automated systems without authorization.
- Creates multiple accounts to evade enforcement.
- Otherwise acts in a manner that may harm SMPYI, its users, or the public.
Where reasonably practicable, SMPYI may notify the affected User of the suspension or termination. However, immediate action may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform, comply with legal obligations, or prevent ongoing harm.
Termination of an account does not relieve a User or Business of obligations that accrued before termination, including payment obligations for services already provided or liability arising from prior conduct.
34. Paid Platform Services
SMPYI may offer free and paid digital services to Businesses and Users.
Paid services may include, without limitation:
- Featured Business Listings
- Featured Product Listings
- Sponsored Deals
- Sponsored Feed Posts
- Business Verification Services (if introduced)
- Premium Business Accounts
- Subscription Plans
- Advertising Campaigns
- Analytics and Reporting Tools
- API Access
- Business Insights
- Promotional Packages
- Other digital services introduced by SMPYI.
The availability, pricing, duration, and features of paid services may change from time to time.
Purchasing a paid service does not guarantee:
- Increased sales
- Business inquiries
- Product purchases
- Customer engagement
- Search rankings
- Revenue growth
- Business success
Paid services improve visibility or provide platform functionality but do not guarantee commercial outcomes.
35. Payments
Payments made to SMPYI are solely for services provided by SMPYI.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- SMPYI does not collect payment for products listed by Businesses.
- SMPYI is not a payment intermediary between Users and Businesses.
- Product purchases occur directly between Users and the respective Business.
- SMPYI does not receive commissions from product transactions unless separately agreed in writing.
Users purchasing Platform Services agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with those services.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the purchased service.
36. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in a separate service agreement or applicable law:
- Fees paid for digital Platform Services are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the subscription period begins.
- Advertising fees are non-refundable after campaigns have started.
- Promotional listing fees are non-refundable after publication.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
37. Advertisements and Sponsored Content
SMPYI may display:
- Sponsored Businesses
- Sponsored Products
- Sponsored Deals
- Sponsored Feed Posts
- Banner Advertisements
- Promotional Campaigns
- Partner Content
Sponsored content will be identified where reasonably practicable.
Businesses remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements.
SMPYI reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove advertisements that:
- Violate applicable law.
- Contain misleading claims.
- Promote prohibited products.
- Infringe third-party rights.
